Windows 98, administrator fired, can't get in..how do I find out what his userid/password was?

what netwrok was it first rm, microsoft if it is a microsoft newtork you can get some hacking tolls on the web called password sniffers that copy the password toa disk and there you go. or if you are good at computer programming then you can programe a tool for your self to get it.
